This is an online event. You can participate anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices

Is there a charge to attend Exchange 2021?

No, there are no fees to attend this year’s virtual event.

Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?

Yes, please make sure you have the most updated version of Zoom downloaded to your computer in order to participate in the Tuesday Networking Activity.

Is a webcam required?

While a webcam is not required, we encourage you to have one for the Tuesday Networking Activity and Ask the Expert appointments.

How do I log in on the show day?

Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event

How do I access the event on the day of the conference?

On May 7 at 11:00 am ET, the login button will accept your registration credentials to access the online platform. Login credentials will be sent to you via email prior to the platform opening.
